I have always had a great experience! Great customer service, never wait long, and very affordable. I drive 30 minutes because they are that great to me. It is hard to find auto places with the experience and credibility but Max Tire offers just that. I will always go here!
I have taken my vehicles there for about 4 years and I have had them do everything from fix my tires to fix CV Shafts, brakes, wheel bearing,etc. and they are very meticulous and observant when fixing my vehicles. They did a outstanding job will continue to go back.
Ok. Nice enough but had to wait awhile kind of pricey.
Not sure what it going on there, but I dropped my tire off at 8 in the morning and at 2p it still wasn't repaired. I had to wait 30 mins more.....they have known for years that I do private hospice and home care and that my time is very valuable to caring for those clients at end of life. I had this happen twice in 6 days and have decided that I will no longer return there. I had been a customer there for 17yrs.
Dropped off car on Friday night so they could do oil change Sat am. At 11:30 we go to pick up car and find out they didn't even touch it! They then tell us they will do it now and will call us when it's ready. At 1:00 no phone call but we know they will be closing so we go to check on the car. We get there and they tells us they couldn't do it because they didn't have the right filter! Really you couldn't call and tell us this? Then we find out that someone who works there went home with our car keys! Smh Definitely will not ever use this place again! What a joke!
