The food was cold. The Mac and cheese was the consistency of mashed potatoes and was inedible

Very nice people and the food that was requested was brought out fairly quick. There was always plenty of options which were all very good. The bus boy came very quick to pick up our plates.
A lot of toppings were empty on the salad bar. If there was a topping that was full, it had another topping dropped and mixed in it. The salad bar was a mess. You couldn't grab the salad dressing containers without your hands being a mess. People stood in line to purchase the buffet for 20 minutes or longer. We watched a special ordered pizza get put on the buffet after sitting at someone's table for 20 minutes. The floors were dirty under the tables. We were not impressed with this Pizza Ranch location.
